2. How do I select my bathroom materials?
If you haven’t yet had the pleasure of meeting our interior designer, Megan Dobson, you will soon. She plays an integral role in all bathroom renovations at Ivy Lea. After you sign your contract, Megan will contact you to arrange a meeting at our kitchen and bathroom supplier’s warehouse. During this visit, you, Megan, and a representative from the supplier will collaborate to choose materials that align with your vision while adhering to your budget.

No, Ivy Lea Construction manages all building permits for your project. We partner exclusively with licensed master electricians and plumbers who handle all necessary permits and inspections.
