Update kitchen, drywall 4 closets and 1 wall
The crew that worked on our home was very good. From our salesman, Scott, to the crew, Bill, LeLe and Destiny, we always knew what was going on from day to day. Bill was very knowledgeable and approachable as were the others. They were thorough and by the time they finished, all the updated areas melded well with the existed areas. And they finished well before the projected end date. We will definitely use Ivy Lea for any future projects.
Kitchen Sunroom Floors and New Doors
Ivy Lea Construction is excellent in quality workmanship. I recently had a new kitchen and sunroom floor installed. Also, an interior door and two exterior doors. From the start with Russell coming to the house for a look at the project and giving me an estimate to Sam and Megan doing final measurements and helping me pick out flooring, they made it easy. I would not hesitate to call Ivy Lea for future work. Jose’ and Chad, foremen, along with Jake B and Hmung were awesome. The quality of the work they did is exceptional. They worked well together. At the end of the day, the work site was spotless. Great to work with. Let you know what to expect each day and tackled arising problems without hesitation. Outside project
I needed some outside repair work done including trim replacement and wood deck plank replacement. Tony Z, Julian M, and Jake B were professional, responsive to my questions, and were timely and thorough with their work. I’m very pleased with the results.
Our new roof.
We needed our roof done, because of major leaks. They were quick to do a temp repair. They also were quick at getting our roof fixed. They were neat, and cleaned their messes up when done. They were courteous. This is the second project they did for us. I would recommend them again.
Bathroom Door
Our Forman Geoff Z did a great job. From the finish of the door to putting it up. Thanks to his crew Makenzie, Nick T and Tim A for all their hard work. Geoff went above and beyond for us. Would recommend Ivy Lea construction to anyone in need of a house repair. Thank you.
